Look at for instance the description on the rules page labeled
70_sare_html?.cf
There are 4 separate files there making up the complete set of rules, and
the files get progressively more aggressive.

If its directly on the Rules page, it is an official SARE-maintained rule
set. Most of these (but not some of the older ones) begin by 70_sare_*. If
it is on the "other rules" page, then it is not an official SARE rule. This
is not to say those aren't good rules, they are. They just aren't
maintained by SARE, but by others.
If it is a rule on the "incomplete rules" page, then you should probably NOT
run it. These are rulesets that haven't been through complete testing and
cleanup yet, and could potentially have some problems.
