Maybe outblaze blocking them in some way is but I can't find a referrence to it when I access antispam.outblaze.com. I wonder if it's an IP related issue as outblaze does some up their lookups by IP. It could also be that some people are reporting spam from this organization because they have receive it. My hotmail account to this day still gets emails from the party for which I have never subscribed. And trying using that remove me link... I'm not saying there spamming people but it is a possibility.
