Most of the lists are pretty unrelated, but both sc.surbl.org and
ab.surbl.org are mostly based on SpamCop reports.  ab also
includes some locally-reported spam site domains.

Spamcop spamvertised site data in sc and ab differ mainly in
time periods and inclusion thresholds.  Currently:

  sc: 3 day time window, 10 SpamCop reports or more
      with some manual nudging of known spammer domains

  ab: 7 day time window, top 500 most often reported
      SpamCop spamvertised sites, minus some www. duplicates,
      plus some locally reported AbuseButler entries
