Rules Du Jour

Is anyone else still having problems with Rules Du Jour and the download 
limiting?  I've had two nightly downloads die over the weekend because of 
this.  I had thought that waiting 24 hours would've allowed me to get the 
files but that doesn't seem to be the case.
