Massive Load Issues...> Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try

You shouldn't really need to on that system, but you can probably limit the
number of spamd children with -m, although there is talk that that doesn't
always work. You don't really seem to have an excessive number anyway.
What you didn't mention is what rulesets you are runnning, and this largely
determines the loading. If you are running BigEvil then that may be a big
part of your problem.
Another thing is the max size of the spam you process through SA. SA can
talke huge amounts of time if you give it multi-megabyte messages. There is
a default limit around 200K I believe. If you are getting a lot of large
mails you may want to reduce that size limit. Or reinstate it if you have
set a higher limit.
