I upgraded from 2.0 to 2.1 just recently with the same goal of getting
greylisting going.  The postfix upgrade was completely painless.  I
did not change any of my configuration files.  Everything worked fine.
I am running Debian's latest Postfix bits.

I have not yet had the time to get greylisting running so I can't
comment on that.  Yet.  It's on the todo list.
