SURBL is your best bet against these slimeballs, but even SURBL doesn't always
keep ahead of them. They seem to change domain names almost daily. I have
seen the following domains used in recent months:

wominfo.org
wominfo.com
wominfo.net
wominfo.info
wordofmouthinformation.com
word-of-mouth-research.biz
wordofmouthreports.com
researchbackground.com
backgroundresearch.us
shareyourexperiences.org
share-your-experiences.com
share-your-experiences.biz
share-your-experiences.us
shareyourexp.us
shareopinion.us
shareyourexp.biz
shareexperience.biz
shareexperience.us
shareyourex.us
shareyex.us
word-research.us
wordexch.com
wordexch.biz
wordofresearch.biz
findinformation.biz
backgroundinvestigate.biz
learningweb.biz
learning-web.biz
learning-information.us
learning-information.biz
sharingexperience.biz
sharingexperience.us
sharingexperiences.biz
sharingexperiences.us

And there are doubtless many more...
