Many are registered through Enom, but quite a few are registered through one
of GoDaddy's sub-arms. I've noticed quite a few getting their DNS set to
suspended-for-spam.com in their registration.

What was really amusing was when the registration for the domain that held the
DNS server for about 10 domains got suspended. 11 domains shot instantly.
