I double checked my servers before posting to this list. I read your 
post but my servers are low on utilization. So excess cpu seems not be 
the reason for it. Also I have checked all of this specific suppliers 
mail and it is exactly only this type of mail that is ignored.
I can see the incoming at the qmail smtpd, see the transfer through 
qmail-remote to the Mailscanner and than the entry on Exchange. Weird...
