A more relevant URL for the paper is http://bioinformatics.oupjournals.org/cgi/reprintframed/14/1/55 . That's the paper that describes the Teiresias pattern-discovery algorithm, which generates patterns (read: rules) based on a corpus of sequences (read: spam mails). Chung-Kwei is an *application* of the Teiresias algorithm, with the addition of some tweaks, as far as I can see -- but Teiresias is the "real meat". ;) - --j. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Exmh CVS iD8DBQFBLiQ5QTcbUG5Y7woRAt+KAJ996brMN6aCTBDzCDRki8uZYW9sRgCfQgfH ZFeIqry/eFRPVzdvsv4uotE= =e71F -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
