But many people would find it hard to agree on a corresponding set of hams
to balance the putative spam.  Without that (perhaps even with it) the
initial percentage of false positives would be very high.  In addition, the
signature of spam (I'm referring to the structure and source of the spam,
not so much what they're trying to sell you) tends to evolve a bit over
time, so what's representative today may not be in six months.
