It would help us if you could be more specific than "not working". What happens if you click on the buttons in the toolbar? Anything? Nothing? Does mail still get filtered? Have a look to see if Outlook has disabled the plug-in: choose "About Microsoft Outlook" from the "Help" menu and click on the "Disabled Items" button. If SpamBayes is listed there, enable it and restart Outlook. Otherwise, seeing your log file would really help figure out what the problem is.
