Very possibly true.  However, it is pointed out in the FAQ and website:

That will be what happens.  The proxy adds a classification header to all
incoming messages, which you can then create rules for in Outlook.

Did you change your mail account(s) in Outlook to connect to "localhost"
instead of directly to your mail server?

However, all incoming messages should be listed there, if the proxy is
proxying mail.
