That's all correct.

You need to tell Outlook Express that it needs to connect to port 8110/8111
for the other accounts.  Go into the properties for the accounts (where you
changed the server to "localhost") and go to the "Advanced" tab.  It will
currently have 110 for the incoming mail server's port.  Change that to 8110
for mail.hotwaterguys.com and 8111 for mail.bayoucityservices.com.
