Thanks for the reply Shawn, but Security Level=High doesn't
prevent the SBOLPI from working. At least not in Outlook 2002
anyway. And on the Trusted Sources tab the only check box is for
"Trust access to Visual Basic project", which is unchecked and
greyed out.

The person in question assures me she has made no configuration
changes. One day SB was working fine, then not.

Unless someone else has a suggestion, looks like I better go back
to my original suspicion: malware.
