Well, no other input, so it seems we are on our own Aaron.

As I can't replicate it, I have instructed the person with the
problem in detailed malware scans and a registry cleanout after
uninstall.

Just have to wait and see what the result is.

I too have the same problem on one of our computers here.  I work
on it to get it running again, and it’ll run until Outlook is
closed.  Upon re-opening Outlook spambayes does not filter
anymore.
It’s an XP machine with Outlook 2000.  This problem also happened
on another computer running win2k, but it has since decided to
keep running spambayes after re-installing it for the 1 billionth
time.
