I've been using Spambayes as a plugin with David Harris' Mercury mailserver for many years. I suppose it's easier to keep it running with Mercury as this program too seems to lack in development:-) It's indeed unfortunate that no new developments are taking place, apparently. Yet - it still works as is, and it's still a very good tool. But like Fred Smith I hope for something better to come along; something which tries to keep on top of all the new tricks spammers invent. But will it? Or are we, the Do-It-Yourself guys, just left in the cold? Will I soon have to rely on the filters of big companies, which not only have their own take on what is spam (which is different from mine) but also take liberties with 'privacy' which I find hard to accept? I am still using it under Windows 8 but it only works for the 32 bit version of outlook and you need to follow the installation directory instructions. -- Jesse Brandeburg > On Feb 13, 2016, at 9:48 AM, Henny Nekkers <h.nekk...@gmail.com> wrote: > > Hello, > > I was wondering if Spambayes is still supported.
