With regard to "consented" or solicited email, it depends on the content of the outgoing mail. If content is low, patience with it will be low. A high content list can send email daily or more often without getting on nerves. Low content lists should have a posting frequency of weekly, monthly or less often than that. With regard to unsolicited bulk email, AKA spam, the appropriate frequency and length are both zero. Mike -- Michael A.
