On the subject of this list and is it only good for bitching about the spam problem... There are LEGAL deffinitions being hammered-out by States AGs & Lawyers. In the future there WILL be legal deffinitions of what "op-in" is and what constitutes an on-going business relationship. The legit business community has a vested interest in having deffinitions. I don't know how much access to AGs & legislators SpamCon may have, but I would like to know, if not this group, then what group has the capability to provide input to the people who are going to be writing LAW on this subject, because there WILL be law on this subject even if its BAD LAW, the public/taxpayers are not going to ignore this and they will pester their Representitives untill they get some law, notice the 20 states that already have laws, and some could be called very poor examples of anti-spam law, but the citizens got a law. For the FEDERAL law that is to come, we ( the anti-spam cabal ) need to provide input to the law makers such that they can write effective law, not some pro-spam law in anti garb. <eor> end of rant.................................. --
