The law is not a set of if/then statements. There's always
some vagueness, some room for interpretation by the court based
on circumstances and human understanding. If we continue on
this track of endlessly arguing about the tiniest details,
always stretching the realm of possibility further and further,
we'll never have a definition...and as you point out, other
people will write one for us.
