Your address must've been used in the MAIL FROM (aka "envelope
from") portion of the SMTP session, but not DATA (which is where
the message and most of the headers we see are transmitted.)
Most mail servers will include the MAIL FROM info as Return-Path:
or another header, but it's not required.
