As a rule of thumb, when you respond with REMOVE or UN-SUBSCRIBE, you are confirming a) receipt and; b) the validity of your email address which only increases the amount of garbage that you will receive.

Personally, I would simply filter it out in my mail client (along with 100 or so other spewed missives that I get every day).

You can complain to the site host (briefly and dispassionately) that they are hosting the site of a spam source. Forward one of the mails with the headers and show a copy to [EMAIL PROTECTED] BE POLITE!!

Some people suggest reporting the abuse to SpamCop.
