Yes, i guess it's not the best way to phrase my question. I had just read a doc on "the economics of spam" before sending my question to the list and that's why I phrased as I did, but it's not the best way to put it. In fact, it was a way to call for remarks on spam's economic weight. Does it have one? What is it?
a factoid in the Rocky Mountain News this morning said that in a recent 24 hour period, AOL deleted 1 billion spams aimed at their members. Figure the bandwidth and other processing cost of that.
