[spamcon-general] netoffersnetwork.com and certrewards.com

What does anyone know about the folks running the websites, 
netoffersnetwork.com and certrewards.com being spammed for mortgages. What 
concerns me the most about them is that URL specifically has my home 
address encoded in it.. To make matters worse, they have actually tied an 
alias (a pen name that I use for writing, but have never used to order 
items on the web) of mine to the home address meaning that they did source 
their spam list from email address, but appear to have tied a list of home 
addresses back to email addresses.

And to top it off, I get two spams offerings from them everyday. One to me 
and one to the alias, tied to the same email address, in the morning and in 
mid evening!

I have done a who is on netoffersnetwork.com and have determined that it is 
registered via Gandhi in France (who seem to be worthless at stopping spam) to:

American Loan Group
8175 S. Virgina St. # 330
Reno NV 89511
Are there any contacts in Nevada that I can use to shut them down?
