i'm not entirely sure if you're serious or not...
there would no point whatsoever in Julian telling the spamcop system to send
reports to psi... the psi abuse addresses are bouncing all email from
spamcop... if Julian forces spamcop to send reports, it will just generate a
whole of emails which will bounce... rather than wasting resources on psi's
network and spamcop's, it's better not to bother...
try sending an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] from spamcop's "send email" form... it
will bounce...
