spamcop doesn't keep it's only list of relays... there are two well known
lists, ORBS and RSS <http://www.mail-abuse.org/rss/>... there are also a
couple of less well known lists and some people have their own personal
lists... if you've dealt with ORBS, i suggest you check the RSS list... if
you're off those two, you're probably ok... if there's any others, you'll
discover them when some email bounces..
