RSS doesn't block dialups... MAPS (the organisation that runs RSS) also has
a list of dialups (the DUL) though...
anyway, yes, there is a reason, and the reason is that RSS doesn't accept
submissions from spamcop... as it happens, this has just been discussed in
the spamcop group...
the thread starts with message <9bahig$f4e$[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and
has a subject of "FYI: MAPS RSS refusing submissions from spamcop.net
addresses"
