It's bull, pure bull----!

But I would kinda like to see spammy try sometime.  Let's see him go into court with 
an email with a false From: line, forged headers, stolen (open) relay, and obfuscated 
URL's
and try to convince a judge and jury that his business was damaged because an ISP 
enforced it's Terms of Service.
