SpamCop will only "find" a URL once in the spam.  It won't report the
same URL twice in one report.  If you're seeing lots of checkboxes, then
there are lots of different things to report.

You can't.  Just forget about it.  Or keep it in the back of your mind
in case you want to use it someday.

It should have gotten to you before this does.  If not, let me know.

You can use this as a test.  It's going out to your SpamCop address with
a Bcc to your real address.
