The courts don't take kindly to someone trying to get around a TRO, even if 
that TRO is unconstitutional or just wrong.  The reason 2600 magazine is 
going to lose the MPAA vs. DeCSS case is that Corley tried to sneak around 
the TRO.

Paetec would lose BIGTIME if they disrespected the TRO.

It's likely that most of what PaeTec is saying is reliable.  I don't buy 
all of it.  The "2% complaint ratio" contract addendum looks suspicious, 
like they were TRYING to have a pink contract but the lawyers didn't make 
it airtight.  The landshark's arguments are particularly weak in dealing 
with that issue.
