I'd feel pretty bad continuing to complain about spam if I weren't
willing to send in an affidavit to help a company that is actually
trying to stop a spammer...
But apart from that, you can also usually find a Notary at the post
office, which is where I normally have my notarizing done. Costs have
ranged from free or $1 to $8 (in California).
