I found the local RBL approach very very interesting, but once
implemented, it did the same as spamdyke. Incidentally, bot
connections started to gradually decrease since two days ago, so
someone outside realized about the situation. (  or the spammer is
reading this list !!! :)).

Anyways, thanks to everyone for the input provided.
