Yep! Already checked what it needs. It shouldn't need too much time to 
write a util that downloads and generates a tinydns format file. You 
then add the geoip virtual domain to your dnscache server setting and 
you are set. I will think through the nomenclature after a few coffees, 
but it will probably look similar to a reverse lookup:

IP=1.2.3.4
check 4.3.2.1.geo.ip in dns
answer is a CNAME (or alike) pointing to: uk.geo.ip

This kind of approach makes it usable with other applications as well, 
not just spamdyke.
