chkuser is just another filter that intercepts the data before qmail sees it, so I don't see any reason it won't work with spamdyke. IIRC, QmailToaster uses both chkuser and spamdyke. When chkuser rejects a recipient, spamdyke should log it with "DENIED_OTHER".
