Hello, I have a problem with Plesk + Spamdyke. When spamdyke is added to /etc/inetd.conf like this: smtp stream tcp nowait.1000 root /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env tcp-env /usr/bin/env SMTPAUTH=1 END=1 /usr/local/bin/spamdyke -f /etc/spamdyke/spamdyke.conf /var/qmail/bin/relaylock /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd /var/qmail/bin/smtp_auth /var/qmail/bin/true /var/qmail/bin/cmd5checkpw /var/qmail/bin/true
sending mail using port 25 with Thunderbird fails, error message in mail client is: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: VXNlcm5hbWU6. Please verity that your email address is correct in yout Mail preferences and try again. This happens only with port 25 and only with Thunderbird. I can send mail with Outlook on port 25 or with Thunderbird using ports 465 or 587. How can I resolve this issue ?
