Are you sure there's nothing in any of the other *whitelist* files,
especially the receivers_whitelist.conf file?? I'm not sure what the use
of the recipient-whitelist-file option is, but that file should be
empty. I'd check to make sure there's not something unprintable in
there. Should be file size 0 (or comment it out of your config).
