Is the username present in the sender address or on the "From" line? Or both? If it's only in the sender address (so it's visible in the spamdyke logs), there's currently no way to block it. However, if it is in the message header's "From" line, you can use the header blacklist filter to stop it. (That's exactly why I added that filter -- one persistent spammer wouldn't leave me alone.)
