I'm having a similar issue. I'm hung at "getting data from Apple Sync Services". I've unregistered my computers, and reregistered them. I've replaced .mac data with computer data. All to no avail. I've "Started over", uninstalled, reinstalled. I try to "replace data on google", but, as I mentioned, it never completes a sync.
