I too am having the same problem frequently. And while I am a big fan of Spanning Sync, has anyone actually looked at what's inside the troubleshooting report? Your entire life as reflected in everything that's on your agenda/calendar and all your contacts. The report is a huge invasion of not only your privacy, but your contact's privacy as well. Surely there must be a "dumbed down" report that can be created?
