I haven't tested this but I think it should work. I recommend you
backup your iCal data first (iCal: File | Backup Database).

Sync so that the Google and iCal data match. Then in iCal, export the
calendar you want to merge (e.g. Bi from your example). (iCal: File |
Export) That will create an ics file. Then, select File | Import and
merge that exported ics file into the Ai calendar. The import process
will ask you which calendar you want to import into into. Then delete
the first calendar (Bi) and the corresponding Google calendar (Bg) and
remove them from the Spanning Sync preferences.
