Seriously? I have a small business with a dozen employees. We just started using SpanningSync to share each others calendars. And you're saying that if an assistant has a meeting on her calendar and so does her boss, that it needs to remove the meeting from one of the calendars?
That means there is no was for the assistant to both have a meeting she needs to attend on her calendar and also see that her boss has it as well.
