I saw your tweet that you got the problem resolved, which is great. A
good rule of thumb is that it should take ~1 second per event to sync,
so if you have 600 events in iCal it should take (very) roughly 10
minutes to sync. We're very aware that a progress indicator of some
kind would be extremely useful.
