Hi Byron,

Just read the thread you linked to, and it said at the time it was
written Google was discouraging use of CalDAV with all but test
accounts. The blog post I linked to suggests that Google is now
claiming full support.

And of course, a couple clicks from that blog post lead to
http://calaboration.googlecode.com, which appears to do exactly what
Spanning Sync lets you do.

I wanted to give Calaboration a try, but first wanted to check if
having Spanning Sync already set up on this computer would make this
problematic: Both allow you to choose mappings between Google
calendars and iCal calendars, so presumably choosing the mappings
differently would make a big mess. But as long as you choose the
mappings in the same way, will you avoid problems?
