I've sent the troubleshooting report through to  
[email protected].

The series of test events ("Test Event for Spanning Sync"), repeating  
every night at 7.00pm in iCal from 16 March to 22 Mar now show as  
6.00pm in Google Calendar (but haven't changed in iCal).

Another series of test events ("Test Event - Duplicating"), the same  
time and dates but created by duplicating, are correct in Google  
Calendar.
