Make sure you're logging into Spanning Sync using the Google account name associated with your license. if you need to transfer your license to a different Google account name just let us know at [email protected].
Initial syncs take much longer than subsequent syncs since each record has to be synchronized. A rough rule of thumb is one second per record (contact, address, phone number, postal address, calendar event, or recurrence). Subsequent syncs should only take a few seconds. If you're seeing data corruption, please get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can figure out what's going on.
