cwood,

It's the same account. I am only syncing one Blackberry to one email.
It is correctly syncing exactly the same data as it was before only
now it is saying that I haven't paid for it. Please advise on how to
fix this.

I have sent two emails to supp...@spanningsync with details of the
PayPal transaction and then a follow up to this response that I am
replying to here. I sent these emails from my .mac account so you
should look for daviddevereux.mac and alterego5.mac

Incidentally the initial sync did take about an hour and there were
around 1500 records so nearer 2 sec/record but definitely the same
order of magnitude.

Ringo

ps actually just had a thought. The account is
<yourname>@googlemail.com OR <yourname>@gmail.com in the same way as
you can have <yourname>.mac OR <yourname>.me after the Mobileme
fiasco with Apple. Would it matter if I registered @googlemail and
then reentered it as @gmail, which I think I might have...?I'll go and
check
