Well, yes... however it may have worked. I thought that was the point of things like this share information, we are already told to generate a report in the software.
I generated a report 2 days ago, however if any of the things suggested here for similer problems or the same problem had worked i wouldn't still be waiting for a reply. Some posters are good enough to post the steps that fixed their issue, and that's something that can be very helpful.
