I have 2 computers (tiger & leopard) and one iphone that I would like to synchronize. Currently, both home and work computers are set to synchronize via a 'work' account on google. Appointments show up 80 per cent of the time on both computers. 80 per cent doesn't really cut it when you miss a key meeting, however.
My goal is to have everything (ie, home, work and other calendar entries regardless of where they are entered) show up on my iphone calendar and on both home and work computers, but to have home and other non-work calendars show up as blocked but without detail on my assistant's calendar (she has access to the google calendar that is supposedly synching my ical on both computers and on the iphone. How much of this is possible and at what will it take?
