Are you currently using Spanning Sync? If so, we need to get some more
detailed information to try to figure out what some events aren't
syncing. If you can reproduce the behavior where an event doesn't
sync, please do so and then immediately create a problem report
(Advanced > Create report) and send it to [email protected]
along with the exact title and date/time of the event that didn't
sync.

Spanning Sync will do what you want: both your home and work computers
will sync with Google Calendar using Spanning Sync, and you can sync
your iPhone with either of them using iTunes. (You can also sync your
iPhone directly with Google Calendar, but you'll run into some
limitations like the ability to sync at most 5 calendars.)

You can share each of your Google calendars with your assistant and
choose "See all event details" or "See only free/busy (hide details)"
as appropriate. She can then sync those calendars to her Mac using
Spanning Sync.

Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any
problems.

Thanks,
Charlie
