Hello, Here is the problem:
I sign in my account in the Spanning Sync Prefrences. When I attempt to sync, using both the menu bar shortcut and inside of the preference menu, I am unable to sync. When I open the options in menu bar shortcut, it states that I am an unknown user, despite the fact that I am signed in. Please advise.
